They claimed I was randomly selected for a validation procedure. I called them from Europe, gave all the information and eventually told me I could make a new order. Same thing happened. It turns out, their system does not accept Paypal if not connected to a bank account. Spent 2.5 hours calling from Europe before finding that out. 200 dollars in phone costs, no flowers. I asked them if they would compensate for making me call for so long because of THEIR misinformation and for refusing payment for odd reasons. But no, they couldn't do anything. So they refuse your money, demand you call them, give you wrong information and then when this costs you they will do nothing. Really worst customer experience I have had in years.
