Please do not trust them...
The flowers were never sent out for delivery for a loved one's funeral service.
The order was placed early to arrive one day prior to prevent issues...
I am very disappointed in a FTD flower business who's one job, and a very important job, is to fill floral orders...and they failed..
Funerals are not a "do over"...
