“My friend liked the arrangement But the balloon was massive in size! Also, no room on form to put a long Delivery address . Like a hospital.”

“These flowers were an anniversary surprise for my sister. She called and thank me for how beautiful they were. However they were delivered a week early. They were supposed to be delivered on July 3rd. No harm, she loved them anyway.”

“This online florist has always done a magnificent job for me. However, i did have a problem with a reduction in floral choice on this order. I noticed from you flowers and they immediately refunded a portion of the price.. Great customer service!”

“Very disappointed, I had use the service before with no problem, but this time I had a terrible experience. I place the order for this beautiful bouquet with a message for my sister from her son, and got a lousy translation signed at the end from your daughteR. Hand written with terrible spelling. And the flowers not even close to the ones in the picture. I want my money back.”

“Price was good, cool selection of arrangements, arrived as promised. Issue i have is the florists used did not have the arrangement look like your advertised. I ordered 2 bouquets for mothers day. I got a small refund on one, dunno yet on second waiting to here and 3rd will be delivered tomorrow but my guts telling me it won't look like pic. I get flower subsitions my grip is the florists had hardly any flowers or fillers looked like I picked them off the road it's odd. Customer servuce seems OK so far. Can you please talk to your florists I think they are giving you a bad rep. Thanks”

“Was very disappointed that flower delivery was just left at the door. They didn't even ring the doorbell! Recipient was home. If I hadn't contacted recipients husband ,they wouldn't not have known flowers hadn't been delivered! Bad business practice.”

“Well I seen a few reviews and a lot were bad but mine was really good. My girlfriend really loved them I ordered them about 5:30 in the morning she received them before noon turned out great so I suppose depends where you live Go Pack Go 😘it made her day thank you”
