“Great bouquet had a bit of a problem with the delivery as it said the product was delivered and it had not arrived yet. Delivery person explained the situation and all is well”

“I ordered the fields of gold Mason jar. Great timing on the delivery but the bouquet was a little smaller than I expected and they did not come in a mason jar. I will say the flowers are very pretty and my daughter loves them which is all that matters.”

“The flowers I sent were to congratulate a dear friend that her housing situation was finally settled. They were delivered on time; she said they were beautiful ❤️. I think the previous person had the right idea when s/he commented that it's not the fault of "From you flowers." It's more often the florist on the receiving end that doesn't do a good job. My friend said they're flowers were beautiful; I'm with her now, and they are!😁”

“Giving a 4 because they said they will refund some of the cost because the florist they used was not available, & even though we paid extra for day delivery before noon, it didn’t arrive until very late evening, & customer service did the best they could to communicate. The peace plant looked very nice. Thank you.”

“I think these guys are taking an undeserved beating in the reviews. I believe it's just a matter of your local florist & how seriously they take orders. My order arrived after 7 PM, so I asked for a refund. The customer service team apologized and issued the refund with our question (I was convinced they had helped ruin our anniversary) the flowers were delivered almost immediately after they agreed to the refund.”

“Did not come on time, only an hour later but I got refunded for the early fee. Flowers looked great; and the note was hand written. I’d say it depends on the florist shops around the recipients locations. If they use a bad shop it will not turn out as well.”

“I had a problem with the flowers that were delivered by the local florist. Although they were delivered on time, they were not as shown on the website. I addressed the issue with the Customer Service Department at From You Flowers. They were deeply regretful and wanted to make things right. After a week, they redelivered a beautiful floral bouquet and also gave me a partial refund. I did not even ask for a refund, so they went over and above to make things right!!! I am impressed with From You Flowers sincere apologies and resolution of my issues. Don't count this company out by negative reviews you see. They do resolve issues and make things right! Thank you From You Flowers!”
