I sent flowers to my 91-year-old cousin for her birthday. She was delighted, and although I have not seen them myself, they had the desired effect. The drawback to the process is that I had to try several choices in order to find one that I could afford AND that were available for delivery to her area. The process was maddening. This is a little too close to bait-and-switch to suit me.
