Although confirming they had my correct email address, I Never received email confirming my order and giving me an order number. I also never received email confirming delivery. I had to call them to get status of my order.

Ordered same day delivery and the flowers didn’t show up until the next day. They looked nothing like the photo and the flowers used looked like leftovers they couldn’t sell and were already wilting.

First first of all, came in a box with the flowers separate from the vase that I had to arrange. I purchased tulips and there were red and white. The red ones were already dying when they arrived, lasted about a day began to wilt and fall over. The white ones never bloomed at all. Quite honestly, it was a waste of money and I’m sure a disappointment for my wife on her birthday as well.

We loved the bouquet we sent for our grandmother's 90th birthday. It turned out beautiful. However, 4 of the 6 names were left off the card. That was very disappointing.

I’m posting two stars only because their customer service department got back to me so quickly. That’s the only reason. I don’t order flowers often but it was my adult best friend’s father who passed away suddenly, we’ve been best friends since 3rd grade and her father was dear to me also. The funeral was in a different state and I couldn’t be there so I decided to use this company for the first time. You’ll see the photo’s of what I ordered, versus what was sent on my behalf to the funeral home. This company misrepresented with the description pictures, and the difference was vast. I paid for the Premium Bright & Sunny Roses bouquet…Premium lists that 18 roses will be in the mix and as you can see there’s several different flowers in the bouquet to help fill it out and make it into a beautiful arrangement. You will see in the reality picture, of what was actually sent on my behalf that there doesn’t even look to be 18 roses and there’s DEFINITELY no other flowers in the bouquet to fill it out…it looks NOTHING like the company’s reference pictures. This is disappointing and I’m so embarrassed that I spent that amount of money while hoping it the arrangement would reflect it much better than this sloppy work. I’m embarrassed by the whole experience and disheartened. I did receive a return email quickly after emailing the company with pictures and a note detailing everything and the offered me a 16.00 discount and I thanked them but told them there was a big difference between that amount that they offered me back and the amount I actually spent, they then upped it to a total of 26 dollars back. On their website they say if you’re dissatisfied that they’ll give you 100% money back guarantee or they’ll give you a free flower arrangement to send to someone else, in hopes of doing a better job I’m assuming. I was offered NEITHER. Badly done From You Flowers…badly done.

Flowers arrived a day early, when no one was home to receive them and were outside in the cold for 3 hours . Roses drooped over and petals started to fall shortly after being put in a vase. Would not recommend.

I have ordered from you in the past and not had much of an issue. The latest order 433953454 was really disappointing. I have attached photos of what I ordered versus what was delivered. When I sent a chat about this, I got a general response offering a refund of 20% and no explanation. I likely won’t be ordering again if this is how it is resolved. It’s concerns me as I have not had the recipient of the arrangements send me photos in the past.

The flowers were delivered in a box and had to be assembled by the recipient, which was not how it was advertised. The vase was also not the one I ordered, or even a similar substitute.

Very disappointed! No comparison between what was ordered and what was delivered. See photos of both! I ordered from them for years, and they used to be pretty similar, But lately, what you order looks like nothing you see on the website. Will be looking for a different store/ site for my future deliveries.

delivered on time but definately old flowers. wont last 2 more days ... just got them yesterday. bouquet was also not necessarily bright and sunny with colors. not styled. sad

My last order was supposed to come before noon, but it arrived at 3/30 after my son and I were back from the cemetery. My order before that was about two weeks late. I don't recommend that anymore waste their money with you. Not at all reliable!!!

I’m sorry to rate you 2 stars. When I found the lovely flower arrangement , it was perfect for our daughters birthday. Then you emailed me to say it wouldn’t be delivered until the day after. You further emailed me to say you couldn’t deliver that particular arrangement to the area where she lived. This was disappointing, but after several exchanges of emails, where you reassured me the flowers would be delivered on the chosen day and that she would receive a wonderful substitute, then I agreed to continue with this order. However when the flowers arrived, the arrangement was so totally different from what we had originally ordered. I am truly disappointed that you didn’t let me know from the start that we wouldn’t be able to have the original arrangement. It would have saved a lot of stress and disappointment.

I bought the bouquet cause it was pictured as coming with a mug, there was no mug and instead it was just a balloon. Wouldn’t have spent that much if I knew the images are just possibilities. My sister enjoyed the flowers but I’ll prob just get from a local shop next time.
