I recently sent flowers to my elderly neighbor for her birthday. I searched for the perfect arrangement. I placed my order. She is now in a different state, so when she received it her son sent me a photo . I was SO disappointed. Although it did have the correct flowers, whoever arranged it had NO idea. It looked disgraceful...almost like it was shipped to her. I an throughly disappointed. I will NEVER use this service again. This wasn't cheap, but it certainly looked it. I am so embarrassed.
