I purchased same day delivery for August 2nd and it wasn’t delivered. Called customer service asked for a refund because it should’ve been delivered and it wasn’t. He offered a 20% refund plus the same day shipping fee and stated the flowers will be delivered today which is AUGUST 3rd and still no delivery. I went to track the delivery and an updated date for delivery is showing AUGUST 4th. I’m very disappointed because I was lied to twice. I don’t want the flowers I was a full refund.
