every month I order flowers for my customers. We recently had a horrible delivery by FEDEX to a store in North Crolina. I called to have to arrangement replaced. I wanted to change to a plant as my customer was so disapointed in the floral delivery. I was told I could not change categories. I asked for a supervisor and was told I was speaking to a supervisor level. Hard to believe that a customer who orders over 80 floral arrangements could not be accomodated.
