It was 7:30 pm and birthday flowers had not been delivered. When I called I was told the florist was closed and there was no way of knowing what happened. Unacceptable!
Then at 8:42 a received a note they were delivered but florist had not sent a pic. The bday was almost over and flowers did not match pic featured in site.
