The recipient said arrangement was lovely. However it did not resemble what I chose and I was disappointed in the volume of stems. Would prefer smaller container so arrangement doesn't look so sparse.

horrible avoid it, do not order from here!!! the arregments did not look like the picture in the internet they place more green then the flowers itself..broken and old flowers...

The last flowers I ordered when they were recieved didn't look anything like the picture of what I order. I ordered a basket and it came it a vase. So that was disappointing.

The service and delivery were wonderful but the photo of the product did not match to what was received and it was very disappointing especially for the price I could’ve purchased what I received for a third of the price. It did not meet my expectations or have the effect that we had hoped for on my mother‘s 60th birthday.

After being notified that the bouquet I ordered was not available, I admit I was disappointed and slightly annoyed. However, the customer service person I corresponded with was very kind and helpful, and my granddaughter was thrilled with the substitute bouquet, which was lovely! Thank you!

Per the person that received the flowers, she said they were beautiful. She texted today and commented how nice and fresh the flowers looked after five days. Thank you for providing a very nice flower arrangement.

I don't think I will order flowers from you anymore. They got there on time but they were so jamed in the vase that several of the roses' stems were broken. Not very happy at all.I wish you would do something about that!

Unfortunately, not thrilled with the level of customer service when reaching out after ordering. I was passed around 3Xs on 3 separate calls, only to be told they could not help. Reason for the call was to update shipping information - well in advance of delivery. I don't have a photo of the flowers (order was flowers and wine), however the quick glance I did see from the recipient did not support the image on the website of what I was expecting.

Misleading information and poor bouquet The website indicates that they do delivery on every order. Once I chose the flower arrangement I went to check out and had to pay for delivery. They say same day delivery incurs a fee if the order is before 2pm I ordered around 1pm and I had to pay delivery The arrangement was not delivered the same day instead the day after To my disappointment the bouquet I ordered was very poor and nothing compare to the photo in their website The work ethic of this business is terrible. Many misleading information I raised the concern and they said that they will give me $20 store credit I explained that due to the terrible experience I do not want to get credit as I won’t purchase from them in the future They sent me another email offering the same and claiming the arrangement was consistent with the standards. I suspect their standard are very low and different to what they show in their website. Please do not buy from this company if you want to avoid disappointment See less

I sent to a gated community, Hours later I realized that was going to be a problem. Sure enough, I got a text asling me to call. It was late and I wa going to call the next morning. But brgore a got up I got another text saying they had been delivered. Thank you for the greeat service! My daughter sent pictures and the flowers look wonderful.

I ordered 2 dozen red roses. 1 dozen white roses weere delivered. The company didn't seem to care about the huge mistake that was made. They offered to resend the order. But, the momentous occasion had passed. I will not use this vendor again!

Flowers delivered were of low quality and did not match the photo of what was advertised. The flowers began to wilt within 5 days even after providing the recommended supplements for the flowers. I have ordered flowers from the site before and am disappointed in the recent order.
