The flowers I ordered were nothing like what was delivered. I ordered a taste of autumn which should have hues or orange and yellow. My mother received a red rose and pink arangement. So not impressed, nor extremely happy.

Picture depicted online and the actual delivered product was completely different. The flowers were broken and a complete disappointment as this was gifted for a special occasion.

Flowers delivered for my wife’s 40th were pretty sad. Unopened Lillys , sparse arrangement on the other 2 bouquets. If the quality of the flowers was an issue, someone should have reached out .. normally a good service, first time using in cape cod

Flowers sent had clear vase instead of orange and there were no sunflowers in bouquet as in pictures. Very disappointed. This happened once before too.

i was actually disappointed when my friend sent me a picture of the bouquet I had sent. There were few flowers and they were closed tightly. I was actually embarrassed. I doubt I'll order again from your site.

Flowers looked damaged as if they were frozen. Although the delivery was within the time frame promised, I was not given specific information about where my delivery was prior to arrival (was it still at the store, on the truck, etc.)

I was very impressed with the beautiful basket that was sent to mysister-n-law all the way in North Carolina. She even got it before her birthdate which was wonderful.

At first, I was disappointed with my order because the flowers did not arrive as expected and the delivery was late. However, I reached out to customer service and they handled the situation very quickly and professionally. They processed a full refund and kept clear communication throughout the process. I really appreciate how fast and helpful the team was in resolving my concern. I tried again and it was even worse than the first time. 90$ for a bouquet that was half the size from what was advertised and the roses were wilt by day 3?! Can’t recommend and won’t order again after two disappointing experiences.
