Not only was I at first refused a refund after the Mother’s Day flowers I sent arrived 3 days late, and dead, but after fighting with them for 4 days on a refund (they only wanted to replace the product) I was only refunded 30% which was about $13 of a $70 order (including shipping costs etc.)

I called customer services, contacted live chat several with response of we will attempt to deliver again tomorrow, what good is flower after the funeral service is over.”

Paid for same day delivery, placed order early in the morning, received confirmation. Called to ask a question about time for delivery, only to find out that it would not be delivered until the next day. I was not happy but decided to take them up on the upgrade and next day delivery. I had thrm make a note that they needed to be delivered by 2pm. I called back thr next day because my grand daughter still had not received anything! They said they had it scheduled to be delivered by 6pm. I ended up canceling and asking for a full refund! So let's see if I get my refund!”
“Sentiment from my daughter was wonderful. The flowers, however, came in a damaged box, no water or anything in the glass vase. More than 4 of the flower’s stems were broken and the flowers were hanging. The scented white flowers were losing their leaves on opening the box. The roses and other flowers never opened. It was terrible. One star is too many for this company. Emailed them and they asked for the contact info. On emailing for status report, they stated - could not find the ordering info and asked for it 2more times. Geesh!!!! Finally called- as usual out of the country answering service- would not answer my questions about the quality of shipping. Finally stated they would send another arrangement.”

I called for a refund and they assured me flowers would be delivered tomorrow . I said no thank you refund. They put me on hold for 5 mins. Comes back with a partial refund and a discount on the bouquet. I said no. They put me back on hold for another 5 mins. Came back and they offered an upgrade with partial refund. I said no. Five mins hold again and then refund. Garbage service.”
“Do Not order flowers from this company! My son ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and the flowers arrived half dead. I sent them photos of the flowers, the shipping label and order number. I sent several emails. Someone was supposed to call. I didn’t hear back so, I sent another email & now they can’t find the order. This is obviously a company that doesn’t take pride in their work. I just tried to download the photos of the terrible flowers and their message keeps saying that they can’t upload my photos.”
“I ordered a premium sunflower arrangement with a special vase for Mothers Day only to find out my $97 was a total waste of money. There were no sunflowers, only roses that wilted in a day. They did get the vase right. Supposedly a refund is coming, but so far I’ve gotten an $18 dollar refund and a $10 gift card for more flowers. The gift card is a waste. I’ll never use them again. I’ll just go to Trader Joe’s and buy a beautiful bouquet for &10 and Target for a $5 vase. So very disappointing, but I should have read reviews first.”
“I have never been more disappointed. I was charged for a premium arrangement, over $72.00. What I expected and what I got was VERY different. Three roses, a couple of carnations, and fillers. NOT EVEN IN THE COLORS PROMISED. Orange vase and not a clear one promised. When I called to resolve this issue, I was promised $20.00 refund, THEY ONLY GAVE ME $15. I will NEVER use this service again. And the florist, well lets just say if you know that this company shafts you, don't take their work.”

They just kept sending emails promising my order would get delivered the next day and never did. The holiday is over now. Never again!!!”
