“Horrible,Horrible ,Horrible Company. DO NOT ORDER from them. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that was quarantined to be delivered on Mother's Day. Received message that they would be delivered on Monday. No flowers. No flowers on Tuesday. They had the nerve to offer me 50% off and still ship them when the are available from the florist. After arguing and threatening to report them they finally gave me a full refund. They ruin Mother's Day. I was better off going to a local grocery store to get flowers. I will never use them again.”
“Absolutely horrible experience. Made two orders. One order of flowers was to be delivered the next day. This company didn't even send the order to the florist until the day after delivery was supposed to be made.
Second order was to be delivered three days later and now yrs after gots and no one even knows where the order is.
When I asked for answers i I was given the generic answer "we will contact you when the florist contracts us".
So the first order for Mother's Day was declared on Monday. The second order for a birthday was not delivered today.
I would give negative stars if possible.”
“The flowers were delivered a day after the delivery date. The premium flower arrangement was ordered but the one received appears to be the smallest arrangement. They substitute out more expensive flowers with cheaper stems. Would never use this company again.”

They are pretty dead as of today, my grandchildren went to Walmart on Saturday and there flowers are looking great, and they spent a whole lot less. Talked with their customer service and they refunded me a whole $7.00. Will never order from them again.”
“I recently placed two orders through this company. One was delivered a week earlier; the other did not arrive in time for Mother's day. I must note that this is not the first time that I have had concerns with the floral service. I continue to patronize this company because of the free shipping. The persistent lack of execution with my orders is unacceptable. Each time, I receive sincere apologies, gift certificates, and occasional refunds even if the product has been canceled. No such customer service this so my Mom was left with no flowers this year.
I will not be using this company anymore and of course, I would not recommend that any of my friends/family use it either.”
“I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that were to arrive on May 10th or May 11th, in time for the holiday. The flowers did not come until the afternoon of May 12th and looked as if they had sat in a hot car for 24 hours. The flowers were wilted entirely - unable to be displayed. When I wrote to the company, they gave me a generic apology and a $10 coupon off a future order. No thanks! I would have been a return customer if they had handled this issue appropriately. Now, they have forever lost my business.”
“Sent dead flowers. When I called to complain they offered me a 30% refund. I wanted my Mom to just get flowers for Mothers day. Also the refund only applied to the sticker price not the extra $20 in fees that you paid by the end of the order.”
“I ordered the Blue skies & Sunshine flowers for my mother for Moters Day. The did arrive on time but they were NOT the flowers that I ordered (they did NOT look anything like the photo). They looked horrible. I called customer support and the only thing they were able to do was give me a 20% refund which was $7. This was my first ever time ordering from From You Flowers and I definitely will not be ordering from here again. I even had the photos that showed proof of what my recipient received. This was not right at all.”

“After being burned by missed deliveries with other companies in the past, I found fromyouflowers.com and gave them a shot. I paid for a specific advertised Mother’s Day arrangement, $15 for delivery fees and $3 for a Friday delivery premium. I received no alert of delivery and inquired on Saturday with customer service. Later that night, I received a email stating it was delivered on Friday. Got a call from the recipient on Sunday that they were delivered late Saturday afternoon but in bad condition. After seeing her photos, could see the wrong product was delivered with half the flowers dead already, and a day late. After contacting customer service, the automatically refunded “30%” which was around $15 (less than the amount paid for the delivery alone). Further requests for a more satisfactory resolution were met with confirmation that the $15 refund had been applied. The worst company I have dealt with and will not see future business from me.”
