“I just sent my sister flowers and balloons. Balloons were alright. The flowers were full bloom on arrival the next day leaves were falling and druppy OMG. By the end of the second day most of the flowers were gone. Terrible!!”

“Created and delivered exactly what we ordered. Initially there was a misconnect on the delivery- not on the part of the florist or Fromyouflowers. It was quickly investigated and we were all set. Great job, would order from them again. Thank you!”

“The worst decision to buy from them. I made 2 orders of identical flower bouquets for an event and they arrived completely different. I called to make my claim. They told me they would send me another one identical to the one I had and that it would arrive on time for my event. However, it arrived when everything was over and it was completely different. In the end, neither one was the same as the one in the photo that I ordered. They are not at all RESPONSIBLE and they do not meet the delivery schedule.”

“Arrangement was nice. However, arrived late (6PM) was to arrive before noon. Also, arrangement was smaller than ordered. Customer service promptly refunded me substational percentage of my total cost. Pleased with the follow up.”

“Placed an order on October 3rd for a delivery date of October 8th, The flowers were never delivered (I was told they didn’t have a florist in the area that could deliver on the 8th) offered to deliver on the 9th ???? I had already had an issue with a previous order and I reminded them numerous of this order! I requested a refund which I will hopefully receive..This was supposed to be a surprise for a 60th wedding anniversary!!! So extremely disappointed… You really need to try and do better…”
