“I realized after flowers i ordered from your company for valentines day- never arrived- that utiling a 3rd party vendor was your weakmess. I use your company for birthdays and anniversaries only. You have taught me to always use a local florist for holidays as 3rd party vendors owe you no allegiance to service.”

“Delivery was promised on Friday, July 10. The order was placed on July 8 allowing plenty of time for delivery to the Natchez Trace Funeral home in Madison, Miss. I am 81 years old and unable to attend the service and was totally dependent on Youflowers to deliver as promised. I will be requesting a refund and hope that I won’t encounter any problems. I Live in Macon, GA and was depending on a timely delivery as promised over the phone. I am really disappointed”

“I purchased a bouqet of flowers for a birthday gift for my stepmother and had a birthday balloon attached. The flowers were beautiful. My only suggestion is to offer a few choices for balloons. I didnt get a choice and the balloon sent looked like it was for a child with its monster cartoon on it. Not a fan for gifting flowers to an adult. Thanks”

“Completely botched order, wrong color roses, wrong amount of roses, only 24, instead of the 36 ordered, but only 23 survived the trip, due to the box being too small, even for the 24 sent. The box being too small was also responsible for breaking the large glass vase & only by the grace of God was my beautiful wife uninjured. Also ordered a large red heart helium filled balloon with I Love you printed on the sides, instead my poor wife pulled a very small red heart tied to a stick with nothing printed on either side, one attached photo will show the disappointment upon her beautiful face, even the pic of the poor teddy bear shows a frown upon his face. Due to all these blunders I am requesting a full refund. I have ordered from you on many occasions & thankfully this is a total rarity, so I will order from your company again in the future, Thank you for your time and help in resolving this issue, please see attached photos.”
