Instead my mom on Mother's Day received a basket that looked like a kids toy Easter basket with nowhere near the quality of flowers pictured. I will never order from these people again.”
“Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. They said they’d be delivered by Sunday but came a day late. Then they offered me 30% refund with free re-delivery. They then upped it to 50% refund. I really just wanted a full refund not re-delivery. The flowers looked nothing like the picture online. The vase was suppose to have a picture on it…Nope it came with a cardboard picture that looked all distorted. Never again!”
“I chose this service because it was indicated that the flowers would arrive to my mom on Mother's Day. Once paid for and confirmed, suddenly it said they would be delivered "5/11-5/12". So of course they didn't arrive until AFTER Mother's Day. This was disappointing and misleading.”

It was Mother’s Day and my mom said nothing ever showed up the entire day and I had to ruin the surprise.
I contacted them and they said they would ship it ASAP. It arrived the next day without the balloon I ordered.

“I ordered flowers for my mother, and although they had been sitting in my town since Friday, they didn’t arrive until today. By the time they got here, the tulips were completely dead—no water, no ice packs, nothing to keep them fresh. When I contacted customer service, they initially only offered a 30% refund, which was unacceptable. I had to push for a full refund before they finally “looked into it” and agreed. Disappointed is an understatement. No real apology, no solution—just poor service all around. I won’t be ordering from them again.”
“Horrible. False advertising. I ordered flowers for mothers day. They were all wilted and dying. Did not look like the picture of what i ordered. Size or quantity. I called and they tried to give me gift certificate. I said no O want my money back. They said we will send new flowers. The flower arrangement the next day. Just as bad as the first one. Dead and wilted. Shame on this company.”
“I ordered flowers for Mothers Day for my 91 year old mother. I placed the order 6 day's early so that she could enjoy them all the way up to Mother's Day. She never received the flowers and I received an email on a Friday saying that they had an over load of deliveries and will need to cancel the order. WHAT ON EARTH!!! This place ruined my Mothers day for my mother. They don't even deserve the one star. It's a big fat 0 stars. I hate this company.”
“I just received my Mother's Day flowers (two days late) and the mini Tulips were dead with brown petals and petals that were dried and falling off. The leaves were yellow and curled. How disappointing to receive this expensive bouquet of flowers that were ready to be thrown away. Shame of your company.”

Never once did they reach out and say that they could not fulfill the order, no phone call nothing!!! Instead this company sent two notices that the delivery had been delayed to the 5/8 and then to 5/10 and more communication. BUYER BEWARE BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE!! “Ordered flowers on 5/8/25 to be delivered on 5/10/25, paying the 'weekend delivery fee', for Mother's Day. Status shows they were delivered at 11:09am on 5/10. However they were never delivered. Still as of today, 5/12, there has been no flower delivery. They did bill my credit card the $90.06 for them though ! Terrible company will never order from again. I notice they have a 1.4 rating with 2,377 reviews (as of 5/12/25). Considering you must leave a 1, on a 1-5 scale, that really means it's a 0.4. I also see that only 8% of reviewers would recommend them. Wish I had checked this site first. Avoid.”
“Ordered flowers for Mother's Day multiple days in advance. On Mother's Day I recieve notice that the flowers will not arrive! All the time, I continue to receive emails from them offering same day delivery!! Do not trust them with any important event, there is no guarentee it will arrive.”

“Absolutely disappointed. I ordered roses and chocolate-covered strawberries for Mother’s Day and what arrived was unacceptable — the strawberries were completely melted, and the flowers were wilted and lifeless. I reached out to customer service with photos and got no response at all. Not only was the gift ruined, but the lack of communication made it even worse. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Total waste of money and a ruined special occasion.”

“This is the second time ending in dissapointment. Orded mothers day flowers 25 days in advance and again didn't make on the delivery date. If you want your flowers delivered on time. I would reccomend using another company. Quality of product is TBD for the obvious reason of not having them. Very disappointed. Would leave a zero star review if possible.”
