“I spent $60 on a bouquet of roses and carnations for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day that lives out of town. She sent a picture of three roses with a large amount of leaves and greenery which this is not what I ordered. I wouldn’t have paid five dollars at a grocery store for those flowers. that they sent her. I called them and they refunded me 30 percent and sent out another bouquet This arrangement was still not full like the picture and it also look like a two year old put it together. I will never go through his company again.”
“I ordered flowers to be delivered on a Tuesday. The next day I checked and saw they were not delivered. I chatted with someone who assured me they would be delivered that day. The next day I checked and still no delivery. This time I emailed and they said they would contact the florist and give me an update. I never heard back and the flowers were not delivered the 2nd day either. I called the company and was told they would reach out to the florist and assured me they would be delivered tomorrow. The people are going out of town so I asked for a full refund and they refused saying they could give me %20 back on my order (so basically shipping costs). I explained I wanted to order them from somewhere else so they actually received them and they said I would need to wait because the flowers were showing in transit (from 2 days ago). Customer service tried to be helpful but this is ridiculous. If you can't send flowers on time then don't offer a date to be chosen for them to be sent. Wish I would have read reviews before spending this money”

“Do NOT order flowers from this company if you want them for a holiday delivery!!! I ordered flowers for my mother in law 5 DAYS before Mother’s Day expecting them to be delivered on time. Well, I was extremely disappointed when Mother’s Day had come and gone and NO flowers!!! I called customer service and the representative who I could hardly understand tells me that the flowers will not be delivered on Sunday and he could give me a partial refund and have the flowers delivered on Wednesday 14th. Are you kidding me???? Absolutely not!!! I demanded a full refund and I will take my business elsewhere! Absolutely ridiculous after spending $80 on flowers and now my mother in law is empty handed on her special holiday! Beyond frustrated!!!”

“Do yourself a favor and save your money! Do not consider buying flowers from this company. I bought a bouquet of flowers from this company for my mom on Mother's Day. When the flowers were delivered, I asked my sister to take a picture of the arrangement, and I was taken aback by its appearance. The flowers are totally disparate from the website's showcase! I acknowledge the substitution, but at least, make it look somewhat similar to the presented arrangement! The presentation looks very cheap and the flowers are old already. Trader Joe's offers more attractive and affordable arrangements. I called their customer service (Indian base customer service) and I was assured four times, including by the manager, Angelica, that the flowers would be replaced and delivered today. And on top of this, I emailed them 3x and non of them handled customer complaints professionally! Learn from my mistakes, and don’t use “From You Flowers” go somewhere else where your money will be more valuable.”
“Ordered Mother's Day flowers on Thursday for Friday delivery. No delivery- called and was told they would be there Saturday, no flowers. Called again they gave me a 10% discount and said they would be delivered FIRST thing Monday ( AFTER Mother's Day) Still no flowers!! Called Monday after arguing with man who barely spoke English he said I would see a refund in 3 days. 3 days pass no refund. Called again and told 3 days again. Finally contacted my bank to dispute!!”
“My 100 year old mother has a niece she loves like a daughter. She was expecting flowers that were ordered a week before Mother's Day to arrive the day before Mother's Day. They never arrived. After notifying this company, her niece was told they'd arrive Monday, the day AFTER Mother's Day, when they didn't arrive Monday, she was told Tuesday. They NEVER arrived at all. My Mother was patiently waiting for this beautiful bouquet every day. I stayed home and waited every day, so they'd arrive fresh and not be out in the sun. By Wednesday, she told her niece to forget the whole thing. She was upset, I was upset, and her niece felt terrible. This company is the worst! They lie and string you along with no results. Do NOT order from them!”
“I paid $108.00 dollars for pink roses that were delivered in a box, wilted from riding around on a UPS truck, not arranged as I was lead to believe and they didn't deliver them until after 3pm when they were supposed to be there by 12 noon. I paid 7.99 for early delivery. This company should be forced to close. They are scamming people! If Zero was an option, that's what I intend. Next time I'll read reviews before I order. I tried to add the photo and even that's not working!”

“I was very dissatisfied with the service! I ordered same day delivery and checked the status all day. Then at 5:00 p.m. I received an email letting me know it would not be delivered until the following day. So I called to cancel my order and was told that wasn't an option so they gave me $7 back from my $50 order and said it would be delivered the next day. So this morning I received another email telling me there are no florist in my area and to try a different ZIP code or have it delivered through UPS.”

“I wish that I could leave 0 stars, I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, they were delivered and the hotel staff sent them away by accident. I have called 6 times since, trying to have a re-delivery take place and have been told everyday “ they’ll be delivered by 6pm” and never do. Awful customer service, terrible communication, I will never order from “ for you flowers” again and have told my family and friends to steer clear of this crappy company. Completely disappointed.”
“I placed an order for Friday delivery…..I help getting emails saying it was delayed & would be delivered the following day & was offered a discount to accommodate for the delay. Finally Tuesday evening I called to see why it was still not delivered & they told me they don’t deliver to that zip code. Unreal! Why wasn’t i informed of this when placing the order. Do not use this service!”
