“I earned reward credits after some Valentine's Day gifting. Decided to treat myself to a pretty bouquet. The arrangement arrived on time, but was nothing like the advertised product, either in size or color pallette. Very glad I did not pay full price! I will not be ordering from this company again. I emailed customer support shortly after receiving my arrangement and expressed my disappointment. Never got a reply but, after reading other reviews, it's apparent that many people aren't getting what they ordered when compared to the advertised product.”

“Sadly I was not thrilled with the flowers I ordered. I ordered a Premium bouquet for a friend and the picture she sent me with a thank you looked nothing like what I saw on your website… it was so much smaller. I was disappointed to say the least.”

“I sent 3 different plants/flowers recently And was disappointed in the quality of the bouquet that was sent to the Brodhead, WI address. $70 for delivery of a disappointing choice of flowers. Will not be using your service again. I can do better by choosing flowers at the grocery store and delivering them myself which I most likely will do in the future. The other two purchases that day were fine.”

“We have purchased multiple flower arrangements and gifts from the other folks, but more often than not we did not receive what we had ordered or the items were not delivered in a timely manner. “Ordering is easy. Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. However, for the price, I thought the size would have been bigger. I ordered the middle size and I thought based on the picture the bouquet would have been bigger.”
