“Flowers were ordered for my sister’s 70th birthday and they were delivered a day late. It was a great disappointment. The flower arrangement was small and did not have a lot of color.”

“I placed an order of flowers for my mother in the hospital, they were over 85 dollars for an arrangement I was told they were delivered and got 2 email confirmations, stating they were delivered I called the Hospital and checked with the front desk and also with my mothers nurse they never were delivered, customer service is hard to understand they do not speak fluent English and I emailed the company and they said our flowers would be delivered by 5 pm today and still no delivery has occurred according to the Hospital. I would never order from this company again”

“This is the second or third time that I ordered balloons with my flower order and they were never sent. I paid $12.00 and grant it I received a credit but this isn't acceptable. I may need to go elsewhere.”

“The delivery was fine but I responded to an email that promised free delivery for life when I placed this order. That was a lie. I did not receive free delivery for life like promised in the email. What a hoax”

“From you Flowers went above and beyond to locate the person I was sending flowers to. After one week they located her and after she recieved her flowers she called me to thank me for the Beautiful flowers, I told her it was From you Flowers that did all the work. Thank you so much, I've been using you for years and never have been disappointed. Thanks again, keep up the great job. So many companies don't believe in customer service any more. Not the case with "FROM YOU FLOWERS" They ROCK!!!”

“I was very dis’s appointment I always purchase my flowers with you all ,I upgraded my order my floral arrangement had hardly any flowers I have ordered the same arrangement at lower price was full of flowers my arrangement was over $60 and they sent $8 Haven’t received it in my account.
