“The almost $70 orchids I bought online for my mother’s birthday looked big and gorgeous in the photo but when arrived, were very small, not what I was expecting, especially at the price. Also, tracking said it would arrive from 9-3:15 PM but arrived closer to 5PM. I’m usually very happy with my flower purchase but h the is time was disappointing.”

“My sister was delighted with the flowers and commented on how great they smelled. I appreciated having the opportunity to chat after my order was placed as I wanted to be sure, knowing that flowers could be substituted, but the focus of the bouquet was purple. It was beautifully purple. This is my go-to online flower delivery company”

“I am giving 3 stars because the arrangement was nice it did not resemble the one that I chose. Except for the balloon. I wonder why I spent my time searching for the one I thought would be what my recipient would love the most and in the end she didn't get even a resemblance.”

“I’m sorry to rate you 2 stars. When I found the lovely flower arrangement , it was perfect for our daughters birthday. Then you emailed me to say it wouldn’t be delivered until the day after. You further emailed me to say you couldn’t deliver that particular arrangement to the area where she lived. This was disappointing, but after several exchanges of emails, where you reassured me the flowers would be delivered on the chosen day and that she would receive a wonderful substitute, then I agreed to continue with this order. However when the flowers arrived, the arrangement was so totally different from what we had originally ordered. I am truly disappointed that you didn’t let me know from the start that we wouldn’t be able to have the original arrangement. It would have saved a lot of stress and disappointment.”

“Thanks for delivering the beautiful Birthday Flower arrangement that we ordered for Ms. Mary M. Mercer, she realy liked them and made her birthday celebration special. “I have had several exceptional experiences with Fromyouflowers in the past. The final delivery item was also exceptional this time. The communication however, was not. If tracking the item on the day of delivery is going to be offered then it needs to be accurate. I attempted to look online only for it to not even show that it was out for delivery the day of delivery. When I entered the chat to inquire I feel the reply was short and uninformative. I was told " we will let you know when it is delivered." That did not reassure me that it was actually out for delivery that day. OF course it ended up being left in plain view on the porch. Lucilky the arrangement was not compromised. This item was for my mother's 87th birthday.”
