“An absolute disaster! I special ordered tulips. The UPS delivery driver jammed them in an Amazon Locker lying down. They were there for five hours. The box was mangled and wrapped in packing tape. When I got the order home, there was no water in the vase because it had leaked out and the flowers were either dead or dying. There was absolutely nothing they could do about it, but this is unbelievably unacceptable. The company has one job and they failed miserably. I will never use them again if I could give them fewer than one star I would.”

“They should definitely provide, at least an estimate of the measurements of the plants/ flowers that customers are ordering....maybe I miss that when placing my ordering”

“The delivery was on time, the price not bad - but the arrangement was shoved into a vase that was too small - so the arrangement looked very bad - like flowers were just shoved together. This defeats the whole purpose of getting a fuller arrangement. I was disappointed.”

“I ordered two arrangements for my brothers funeral. The first arrangement was beautiful and on time the second arrangement would not arrive to funeral home on time so we cancelled it. They were both due to arrive on same day but did not so I was very upset at the passing of my brother and upset that the flowers my family members and I ordered would not get there in time. Then the funeral calls to let us know they were delivered after we cancelled them, all I can say is I’m so very disappointed in the whole flower mishap and it only added to our grief . I will not be ordering from you again”

“These were the worst flowers that I have ever ordered. I ordered two dozen flowers. One dozen never opened. The second dozen only lasted a few days after they slowly and incompletely opened. My wife was not very happy.”

“I ordered flowers over a week in advance, Again, what was delivered only resembled what I ordered in a lesser way. Also, whenever I order flowers, the price seems to change as I progress to placing the order. And the credit offered is a joke, when used it just increases the base price. Not very honest to me. If there was a better alternative, I would use it.”

“I have order twice from this site and have had bad delivery experience both times. I paid for expedited service for delivery before noon. Both times they failed to make the delivery on time. When you call to get service you end up with a third world call center who aren’t much help other than to confirm that the flowers will be delivered but can’t provide assurance of delivery time. This will be the last time I use FromYouFlowers.com”
