“I placed an order for a funeral spray to be delivered by 9:00a for a viewing with a 10:00a funeral to follow. Come 11:00a my flowers were NOT DELIVERED!! Upon calling to get an explanation, they said the florist didn’t open until 9:00a and they were out for delivery. THE FUNERAL WAS OVER! Had order changed to a bouquet to be delivered to the residence of a family member. Flowers were delivered late that afternoon. This was on a Monday, mind you, and Saturday, another bouquet was delivered to the home of the DECEASED! Unacceptable. Thank goodness for the neighbor calling to tell the daughter that her deceased mother had a delivery sitting on the doorstep. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY”

“The last order was perfect. I ordered the sunflowers this time and they looked nothing like the image as there was no greenery accompanying the Sunflowers which looked very good after opening but the vase just looked a little lacking without the greenery as in the picture.”

“The first ordered delivered was horrible with 4 roses and 2 lilies. This was a $98 purchase. Your customer service acted quickly and had a 2nd arrangement delivered within a day. This was much nicer but did not look anything like the photo on my order.”

“The flowers were beautiful and arrived early in the day, which was very nice for the recipient. She loved them. We were both surprised they arrived via UPS, but they were in perfect shape and she was thrilled. The free shipping benefit is amazing!, and I received discounts off my next purchase. I plan on using fromyouflowers again, for sure.”

“I ordered the Premium bright and Sunny birthday bundle! The flowers came broken and they look like they were dying. I called put in a complaint they resent another order which looked a little bit more alive but again it was not what I ordered! The website shows beautiful full arrangements and what was sent was pathetic! I called twice put formal complaints in and finally was issued a full refund! You cannot advertise beautiful full arrangements and send garbage that is false advertisement!”

“Horrible horrible horrible in every way. I ordered flowers once again from From You Flowers thinking things were different. Paid extra to have the flowers guaranteed to be delivered to my fiances job by noon as she got off at 3. Well, low and behold at 2pm I notice it's still not delivered. No call, no email, no customer care reaching out to inform me about the delay. So I call at 2pm as well they say the delivery is in route. Come 3pm no delivery still and my fiance is leaving work, so it won't be possible to receive the delivery I paid extra to be delivered by noon. I call and they say they'll now have it delivered to my house. That deletes the whole damn purpose. I could have gone to the store bought flowers for half the price and had them waiting at home. No partial refund, nothing. They say it'll be at my house by 6pm. It went from delivery to her job by noon to now it'll be 6pm at my house. I asked to have the florist company's name so I could review them but they won't give that info out because it's such a big secret because they know they have crappy companies working with them and if people knew who the companies were they'd be showing up to the store front itself. I'm extremely disappointed and I will be leaving this on all review platforms. Awful.”

“I was disappointed that the flowers weren't very fresh and started wilting the day after they were delivered. Also, they could have come with flower food. For the price, I don't think they were worth it.”

“The flowers appeared fresh, lillies were still unopened and it was delivered early in the day. The recipient sent a picture, the only negative was that the arrangement I selected showed a square vase and she received a round vase which appeared on the small-ish side.”
