Hi!, good afternoon. I ordered a floral arrangement, and they delivered a completely different one than the one I ordered. The order numbers also don't match. I'd like a refund or to return the original arrangement I ordered. Thank you.

Order delivered was not what was ordered. Vase orders was milk color.. received clear vase. No indication of a company order as left on ground of porch looking like arrangement made at home. No professional look. Not pleased at all! Do not plan on ordering from your business again!

The flowers I ordered and the ones they sent out were very different. Different flowers and different container.. very disappointed with them. Won't be using fromyouflowers again.

My sister-in-law was in the hospital and I sent flowers which were not delivered until 6 o’clock at night. She was ready to go home by the time they got there. The arrangement did not look anything like what I ordered. I paid $74 and could’ve gotten the same arrangement at Kroger for $35. I will never use them again.

WORST SERVICE / CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER. THEIR TEAM CAN'T EVEN SEND AN EMAIL TO INFORM THEIR CLIENTS THAT THEY DECIDED TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR NO REASON GIVEN. CAN'T ADD PHOTOS BECAUSE I RECEIVED NOTHING

It looked absolutely nothing like what I purchased accept maybe there was also purple flowers in it…not even the right purple flowers. It came as scheduled and my recipient didn’t know the difference so it worked out BUT if your someone like me that gets irritated when you dont get what you buy maybe FYF isn’t for you.

I didn't like the vase the flowers came in. The vase squished the flowers too tightly together and didn't display that nicely. Was a bit disappointed. It didn't really look like the picture.
