“I'm surprised at how small the $49.99 bouquet is for my recent order. Much smaller than past orders in a similar price range. The worst form of shrinkflation yet.”

“I am disappointed in the arrangement that I sent to my daughter. It didn't remotely resemble the picture that I chose it from and it didn't have nearly as many flowers as pictured. I'm not sure I will order from you again.”

“I sent flowers for Halloween and the driver left them at the front door, never rang the doorbell and 1/2 the flowers were dead by Monday morning. Very disappointed!”

“Althought the arrangement was pretty it was nothing like the picture. I realize substitutions need to be made at times but the feel of he arrangement was completly different. We ordered a Contempory arrangement and was sent a very nice but traditional flower arrangement”

“The recipient of the flowers in formed me that the flowers were nicely wrapped. So no damage was done. The only thing that was to my dislike was that UPS sent a text to the recipient informing them that they would be receiving a delivery of flowers. I had wanted the flowers to be a surprise. Other than that all was well.”

“I placed an order for a funeral spray to be delivered by 9:00a for a viewing with a 10:00a funeral to follow. Come 11:00a my flowers were NOT DELIVERED!! Upon calling to get an explanation, they said the florist didn’t open until 9:00a and they were out for delivery. THE FUNERAL WAS OVER! Had order changed to a bouquet to be delivered to the residence of a family member. Flowers were delivered late that afternoon. This was on a Monday, mind you, and Saturday, another bouquet was delivered to the home of the DECEASED! Unacceptable. Thank goodness for the neighbor calling to tell the daughter that her deceased mother had a delivery sitting on the doorstep. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY”

“The last order was perfect. I ordered the sunflowers this time and they looked nothing like the image as there was no greenery accompanying the Sunflowers which looked very good after opening but the vase just looked a little lacking without the greenery as in the picture.”

“The first ordered delivered was horrible with 4 roses and 2 lilies. This was a $98 purchase. Your customer service acted quickly and had a 2nd arrangement delivered within a day. This was much nicer but did not look anything like the photo on my order.”
