Your company claimed they delivered the flowers two days ago, but they were never received and I was charged for them. I will never order from your company again!

My friend (recepiant) said the flowers (24 roses) were beautiful. However, the clear glass vase I ordered to accompany the roses, was too small to hold the all of the flowers. She had to use one of her own clear glass vases.

The beautiful floral arrangement that I selected arrived to my friend's home and she immediately sent me a picture of it and thanked. I was so happy that when I looked at the picture, the floral arrangement was exactly as it was picture on the website. I also ordered three balloons, there were all a large size and each had a different design, and said Happy Birthday, very nice. I am so happy with my purchase.

I was dissapointed that the flowers basically were delivered in a box and separate from the vase. I was expecting a nice arrangement to be presented to my wife at her workplace for our anniversary. Not a do it yourself propject.

The good: The order was received when expected and the gift was appreciated. The not-so-good: I was offered a promotional credit (from a previous transaction). I used the link in the email, but did not receive the credit discount. I chose the product because I really liked the vase (which was substituted for another less attractive vase). I also felt like a bait and switch tactic was used. EVERY product I looked at was ONLY available at the premium price (in the delivery zip code). I ended up spending twice as much as I had planned, but have learned my lesson. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not be using Fromyouflowers again.

Very disappointed , the composition delivered was not same as I ordered . White lilies were painted with light blue color . Terrible ! Very cheap look.plus a plastic blue and orange bow was and to the arrangement Awful! I specifically ordered the blue vase , but it was not delivered. Regular clear vase was delivered. Very disappointed Poor service
