“It was 7:30 pm and birthday flowers had not been delivered. When I called I was told the florist was closed and there was no way of knowing what happened. Unacceptable! Then at 8:42 a received a note they were delivered but florist had not sent a pic. The bday was almost over and flowers did not match pic featured in site.”

“At first it arrived very late at the funeral. No one picked it up. So ordered another whish supoe to be at the house but it was delivered at the funeral instead. Very disappointed. My aunt will have to drive out to the funeral to pick up the rest of my orders.”

“These flowers were beautiful but the vase was not what was ordered. This order (from the UK) was for an 11-year old girl who has spent a night in pain in hospital. The order was for a yellow mug with a happy face on it - not a glass vase. I was very disappointed.”

“I am very disappointed in the flower bouquet I ordered. It was not at all as pictured on your website, even after some of the blossoms opened a few days after delivery. This was a gift for my daughter-in-law in Washington state and I live in Minnesota, so I order online for delivery. I will likely not order from your company again.”

“I have used your service a few tiimes and what I do not like about this current order is that you couldn not tell me why the order was not delivered when it was scheduled and as of today I have received no notification from the recepient so I am just hoping that you delivered to the correct address”

“This was a terrible experience. I was sending flowers to my cousin for her 50th birthday and she never received them. They were delivered to the wrong address and left on the street in the hot sun, then a text was sent to her to show her and the flowers looked dead and im sure the chocolates were melted. Never again will I use your service and I was a long time customer.”

“The flowers l picked out was colorful and the ones my friend received was not that. Full of greens but not much on flowers. This is the second time l used Fromyouflowers and l don't think l will use you again . . You need to check out the florist you give peoples orders to. SO DISAPPOINTED.........”
