“Love the convenience of ordering online. It's a nice suprise for the recipient. But it is so OUTRAGEOUSLY expensive. $80 plus for a bouquet I could pick up for $30 or $40. And all of the online shops offer credits, discounts and it never seems to even make a dent.”

“The almost $70 orchids I bought online for my mother’s birthday looked big and gorgeous in the photo but when arrived, were very small, not what I was expecting, especially at the price. Also, tracking said it would arrive from 9-3:15 PM but arrived closer to 5PM. I’m usually very happy with my flower purchase but h the is time was disappointing.”

I appreciated having the opportunity to chat after my order was placed as I wanted to be sure, knowing that flowers could be substituted, but the focus of the bouquet was purple.
