“Flowers were delivered unwrapped and door bell not rung so left out in the sun and heat to wilt. Contacted Customer Service and my complaint went unanswered”

“Flowers would have lasted better if they had not been left outside in 100 degree heat. Delivery service did not bother to either ring the doorbell or call, but just dropped the flowers off in the driveway.”

“Good afternoon, I would like to say thank you for the two beautiful arrangements that I ordered this month. They were both delivered on time and I would like to apologise for one of the recipients not been home at time of delivery. Your driver kindly took it back to your office and delivered it the next day. That was a lovely gesture. I live in New Zealand and I am very happy using you as my florist. Keep up the good work. “Shipped a mini yellow rose plant in a makeshift box that was poorly constructed. The box arrived crushed and all the yellow roses were gone and the plant was crushed. I sent pictures of the box and plant, expecting them to send a replacement. Instead, they gave me a small refund. Very poor customer service. No understanding that sentiment doesn't have a price.”

“I have been a satisfied customer for decades. This time when I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral of a friend, I paid extra to guarantee delivery in time for the service. I was assured several times that they would arrive on time, but unfortunately they were late! The local florist also made some typos on the sympathy card. However, Fromyouflowers made it right! Not only did they apologize and give me a partial refund, they insisted on doing a re-delivery to the widow at her home. She absolutely loved them! I will definitely use them again.”
