“I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. They are stationed in San Antonio so couldn’t be there. I ordered the most expensive version of the cotton candy bouquet. The flowers that came was not anything close to what I ordered. It was small and had a bunch of greenery. They didn’t even have the roses. It had a few wilted mumms and that was it. I called telling them the issue and it took them 3 days to get new flowers to her and still not the right bouquet. I won’t use them again.”

I also paid extra for them to be delivered by 12 noon. It is 3pm and they never followed up to say if they'd been delivered. The service is over by now. Customer service is a joke; they can barely speak English. Avoid at all costs!!!”
“I was not made aware when placing my order that there was not a flower shop in the area to deliver to my recipient. They should be able to go by the zip code to let a customer know they can’t deliver in certain areas.”
“Do not use this for flowers! I ordered a premium funeral spray for a family member out of state that we couldn't attend and was so embarrassed by what they sent. They didn't even go through the local florist, it was sent from the grocery store!!
They did refund half the money but they can never pay back the humiliation.”
“ordered flowers to be delivered anytime between 2/12 and 2/14. Received a call on 2/12 that they couldn't make that date but would deliver 2/13. Received a call on 2/13 that they couldn't make that date but would have them on 2/14 , in addition I would receive 10% off ( I haven't seen my card statement so I don't know if that's so). On 2/14 I received a call saying they would now be delivered 2/15, they would upgrade my flowers and give me a $20 gift cert. On 2/15 they told me they would come on Monday 2/17 ( which they did) haven't see a $20 gift certificate and I dont think they upgrade my order.)”

“Flowers were delivered later than promised to funeral home, even though I paid extra for express delivery. The personalized ribbon was missing from front of spray. The flowers were already wilted and had brown edges less 23 hrs later. They used a florist more than an hour away from funeral home that had to call us to ask where to deliver, when it was past delivery time. The spray was nowhere near the photo I ordered. It was embarrassing at my sister in-laws funeral. It looked like thay used flowers from grocery store.
I got $33 refund from $150 order.

“If I could give 0 stars I would. They never delivered my mothers flowers for her birthday. Then when I called, someone with a very thick accent answered. I had to have him repeat what he said about 4 times and still was difficult to understand. They only want to give me $9 refund for not getting delivered on time. The delivery fee alone was $15. I had no idea about all the bad reviews until I tried to write one myself. Do not use this company!”

SHE NEVER GOT THEM! I had to spend an hour and a half on the phone trying to get them to give me back my money. Eventually they did give me my money but my poor daughter never received flowers for her bday. I wouldn't recommend this company.”
