“The arrangement did not come in the vase that was pictured. Several flowers were broken off when the arrangement was delivered. There were no full size roses , just spray roses mini carnations and some alstromeria ...very little greenery. the flower stems were cut so short that everything was just jammed in together making the arrangement look a lot smaller . There was no water in the vase. Some of the roses were brown around the edges and flopped over and some of the greenery was white so they looked like they would be dead by tomorrow and Valentine's Day is 5 days away. . From you Flowers insists on using a florist thats right down the street even though they've been told that they do a poor job and that the designer obviously doesn't have the experience, The place used to be good l back lin the day but it's not now. With the amount that we pay for delivery they should be able to use any florist in the County and have and have something nice.iIt's kind of disappointing when somebody gets an arrangement and it's a big flop. Font use FromyouFlowers online. Use someone.local that you know is trustworthy and does good work. Unfortunately I couldnt because I'm disabled and had a recent accident causing several.injuries . I should've saved my money...Could have had someone get better Flowers from a local grocery store...they were for my 96 yr old Mom who's not doing too good.”

“I have used this business quite a few times. The choices and prices are good. I have received good feedback from recipients that the flowers were beautiful and in good condition. That is very important to me as I’m not able to be there and see for myself”

“The flowers are lovely. The delivery could be a little better. Just on the communication side. The texts were not clear for the person receiving the flowers. She was very confused and stressed due to the lack of information she was receiving from a random number. Please let people know who is communicating with them. Example; business name. Other than that, great service, great flowers!”

“The recipient said arrangement was lovely. However it did not resemble what I chose and I was disappointed in the volume of stems. Would prefer smaller container so arrangement doesn't look so sparse.”
