“I sent flowers to my 91-year-old cousin for her birthday. She was delighted, and although I have not seen them myself, they had the desired effect. The drawback to the process is that I had to try several choices in order to find one that I could afford AND that were available for delivery to her area. The process was maddening. This is a little too close to bait-and-switch to suit me.”

“My order was delivered on the wrong requested date (one week too soon). I spoke with customer service and they had the florist redeliver the flowers on the correct date at no additional charge. Thanks for making it right!”

“My friend (recepiant) said the flowers (24 roses) were beautiful. However, the clear glass vase I ordered to accompany the roses, was too small to hold the all of the flowers. She had to use one of her own clear glass vases.”

“The beautiful floral arrangement that I selected arrived to my friend's home and she immediately sent me a picture of it and thanked. I was so happy that when I looked at the picture, the floral arrangement was exactly as it was picture on the website. I also ordered three balloons, there were all a large size and each had a different design, and said Happy Birthday, very nice. I am so happy with my purchase.”
