“The good: The order was received when expected and the gift was appreciated. The not-so-good: I was offered a promotional credit (from a previous transaction). I used the link in the email, but did not receive the credit discount. I chose the product because I really liked the vase (which was substituted for another less attractive vase). I also felt like a bait and switch tactic was used. EVERY product I looked at was ONLY available at the premium price (in the delivery zip code). I ended up spending twice as much as I had planned, but have learned my lesson. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I will not be using Fromyouflowers again.”

“Very disappointed , the composition delivered was not same as I ordered . White lilies were painted with light blue color . Terrible ! Very cheap look.plus a plastic blue and orange bow was and to the arrangement Awful! I specifically ordered the blue vase , but it was not delivered. Regular clear vase was delivered. Very disappointed Poor service”

“I have no idea when my flowers actaully got there...they did not update the status until well after the event(even tho I paid for morning delivery) And then when they did update the status....they said they were delivered the night before?!?!?! Delivery was to a church, for a funeral....so I still have no idea if they were received. I tried to chat in about it, but it was no help. Disappointing.”

“I ordered flowers from this website for my mother’s birthday while I was abroad. The delivery was on time, but unfortunately the bouquet looked nothing like the picture on the website. The colors were completely different, the arrangement was not the same, and some flowers that were listed in the description were missing altogether. I was very disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a special gift. I reached out to customer service, and while they offered me a partial refund, the experience left me frustrated. When you order online, you trust that what you see is what you’ll get, and that wasn’t the case here.”
