“Really poor customer service, had to call multiple times for assistance with my order. They never followed through on returning calls or coordinating with the florist. Horrible experience.”

“I ordered a plant with flowers. I paid a lot of money. Received it damaged completely.
I complained, they gave me a refund.
But who needs to order something and get it damaged especially if it is a gift for someone. It’s embarrassing.
I do not recommend this company.
I do not know from where they get their orders or who are they using for shipping but definitely not qualified for flowers or plants.”
“This is the worst flower company I have ever ordered from. I received an email on February 10th saying they were shipped. I purposely chose them to come two days before V-Day so that there would not be any delay in the shipping. The order never showed on the 12th and as to date (17th) still has not arrived. The order could not be tracked and when I went to their automated system there was no record of the order. Finally I spoke to customer service who gave me no explanation as to why this order never arrived or why it was not even in their system. The fix for customer service was to give me a refund of $14 on a $90 order that still is not here! This is completely unsatisfactory and I am so frustrated that I paid anything for this horrible service. I will never recommend or use this company again. Terrible.”

“I was wanting to order flowers for a friends mom after a medical emergency and the price advertised was bait. Once I got all the way to the cart, the total was 3x the amount. I didn't see that until after I logged into PayPal for payment. Once I saw the total, I backed out and didn't even hit submit. I was surprised a few minutes later when I checked my bank account that I was charged the full amount... when the order wasn't even placed. I waited a few days to see if it would fall off and it didn't. I reached out to the company and they told me that they did not see an order and that due to "security reasons" they cannot access my account. The only thing they told me to do was call my bank.”
“I could type a book but I'll make it short. Ordered flowers didn't come on time or as pictured even even upgrading to premium. Email customer service twice. Seems like they do the 20% and $10 back to everyone with a bad experience. Cust. Service gets back to me with an order that isn't mine. I call them tell them I got 7 roses in my bouquet, sent them pictures. They said we can redeliver. I said cool that'll work. Flower shop shoes up to my wife's work to repossess the flowers. Yes you read that right. 3 days later and multiple call to cust service i still haven't received my flowers. DON'T SORT THIS COMPANY. I think as petty as it seems small claims court would teach them a lesson in the long run. Forgot to mention the roses were brown on edges and wilted also.”
“This is the 5th or 6th time I've had The misfortune of doing business with this company. You would think I'd learn, but I guess not. So I placed an order for an arrangement to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day. And it got there on time, but within one day all the flowers were dead. This problem happens each time I've done business with this company, and then you can't get to anyone that can speak English enough to get the problem worked out. They're "customer service' is it best a joke. I will never do business with them again and every time I get a chance to warn someone away from this company I'm going to do so. You would be better off getting flowers at a convenience store as to using this company. Be warned!”
“My bf got me the biggest arrangement of the cotton candy roses for Valentine’s Day… the flowers delivered were less than half of what was on the picture for the order… he called and spoke to someone and even sent in pictures… they said they were only giving him 30% back when what he wanted was the order to be fixed… they wouldn’t fix it at all… unable to upload pictures due to issues every time I try to”
“I ordered a flower arrangement February 3rd for a funeral. Long enough time before the funeral...so I thought. I had a funny feeling the day of the funeral, that the flower's would not be there. Sure enough, no floral arrangement that I ordered was there. I had to call, in the coat room of the church and was on the phone for quite a long time with customers service, instead of visiting with family. I didn't want the flower's arriving when the priest was talking. I asked for a full refund. They said I could have my arrangement delivered to a different address. Um NO! ITS NO GOOD NOW! I did end up getting my full refund, which was the only good outcome. Lesson learned. I'm never using a 2nd party flower company ever again! I don't care if a local florist cost more. I'd rather pay the extra $ to a local business and know my order will be delivered, then go thru the headache I went thru!”

They were delivered the day before in a cardboard box and the card was a stick on label inside the box. The card letters were not even legible. The advertised no delivery fee however instead they add on a service fee. What is the difference. The flowers were delivered to the same address at the same time and they charged me two service fees. What a ripoff. I will never order from them again.”

“Ordered an arrangement and paid extra to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day. The arrangement showed up a day early and ruined the Valentine’s Day surprise. Later found out that the arrangement didn’t even look close to what was ordered. Talked to customer service who told me it would be redelivered on Valentine’s Day, only it never showed up. One star is actually too many.”
