“Ordered a dozen rainbow roses for my wife for valentine day. Set delivery for day before. Flowers arrived on time and well packaged. They were shipped dry with no water tubed, sponge block or anything. I followed directions and added cut flower food and clipped 1 inch off each stem. Shipping took 3 days to get to my address from time they left location.
By valentine day 12 hours later about 1/2 of the roses were showing signs of wilt. I trimmed them again and replaced the water. By the next day (day after valentines day) they were about 90% gone. Will never purchase from this site again. Total waste of money. Very disappointing”
“Ordered for Valentine’s Day and paid extra for delivery. Even called customer service on Valentine’s Day and they guaranteed my order was out for delivery. Needless to say they never showed up and my fiancé didn’t get a valentines present. Customer service basically said sorry but it’s not their problem.”
“I would leave no stars if possible. I ordered 2 dozen roses to be delivered to my Daughter on 2/14@ her job. I ordered on 2/7.No delivery on 2/14,no explanation nothing. When I reached out I was told "my arrangement was not available "🤷🏽♀️ on the phone with their over an hour and got no where, I asked for a supervisor & was placed on hold another 30 minutes with no one ever coming to the line. It's 2/15 & I'm about to continue to get answers. PLEASE don't waste your time or resources with this company...”
“I made sure to make my purchase a whole month early to make sure my item got to my other half on her special day. I scheduled the order, processed, and had a very confident vibe knowing I put a delivery DATE and put what maybe a little money to some, was a lot money to me. I was genuinely doing my best to surprise the love of my life and couldn't get the experience I was promised, by thinking me scheduling and purchasing ahead of time would be the perfect and most insurable way to make sure it would be the perfect way to show my girl I love her.”

“Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my wife for Valentine’s Day to have them sent to her work website says that all deliveries will be completed by 6 PM. So I contact them and ask them why the delivery wasn’t completed and they told me that I had the wrong address. I asked them to read the address and it was the correct address. They tried to tell me that I put it in wrong and that it was my fault that they weren’t delivered And when I asked for a refund, they said oh no no we’ll just deliver them tomorrow to the same address that they were supposed to deliver them to today on Valentine’s Day, which defeats the purpose completely so in short, don’t use them they won’t give you a refund. They won’t deliver your flowers on time. This service is an absolute scam.”
“Lack luster. Where to start. I was truly hoping these were coming via a store in the county. They came boxed and shipped by UPS. Very little gypso. Two of the roses were limped over. Not one of the roses was open. The only thing I did like is that they actually arrived on Valentine’s Day. Yet, their appearance made it a very lackluster gift.”

Customer service from what I could understand couldn't tell me if they would delivered the next day. So I waited the next day so I just canceled the order. So I will just use local florist only from now on. Thank you for the lesson.”
