“There was supposed to be a Happy Birthday balloon with the bouquet. It was my grandaughter’s 16th birthday, so the balloon was important.”

“Flowers were very, very disappointing. They were possibly left in an outside vehicle and got too cold. When one opened, it died by the end of the day. Not happy with this service. They were for my Mom as an early Christmas present - she was home when theybwere delivered.”

“Lorissa contacted me after delivery I thanked her very much. I had screwed up and put the wrong address on instructions for delivery. She mentioned to let her know if there was anything she could do to help. I thanked her several times everything worked out great.”

“My last order was supposed to come before noon, but it arrived at 3/30 after my son and I were back from the cemetery. My order before that was about two weeks late. I don't recommend that anymore waste their money with you. Not at all reliable!!!”
