“It looked absolutely nothing like what I purchased accept maybe there was also purple flowers in it…not even the right purple flowers. It came as scheduled and my recipient didn’t know the difference so it worked out BUT if your someone like me that gets irritated when you dont get what you buy maybe FYF isn’t for you.”

“I didn't like the vase the flowers came in. The vase squished the flowers too tightly together and didn't display that nicely. Was a bit disappointed. It didn't really look like the picture.”

“Flowers are always nice and fresh. Only issue/Question is: Why do they always arrive a day later than the day ordered for? I'll start asking for delivery a day earlier if in the future the service is needed.”

“Disappointment after placing the order long in advance the final product was not as wow as I thought. Delivery was done late beside you has called the birthday person. Flowers left in the entrance of the apartment and one balloon was pop up (broken). I had lot expectations”

“I have been a long time customer of fromyouflowers.com and there is a noticeable difference in the quality of the product in recent years. I find that I am paying more money for less quality and my last three orders were below expectation. I did get my items replaced on the last two, but with this most recent purchase, I decided that I would just stop doing business. The arrangement I received for my mother for her birthday was nowhere near the quality of flower in the picture. I have purchased grocery store bouquets that were better and more fresh. I spent nearly $65 for this arrangement that did not look like a $65 arrangement. This was a third chance and I can no longer justify spending money on low quality items. The only reason why I gave two stars and not one is because at one time this was a company with very quality product and seemed to care about getting it right the first time.”
