I have been a satisfied customer for decades. This time when I ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral of a friend, I paid extra to guarantee delivery in time for the service. I was assured several times that they would arrive on time, but unfortunately they were late! The local florist also made some typos on the sympathy card. However, Fromyouflowers made it right! Not only did they apologize and give me a partial refund, they insisted on doing a re-delivery to the widow at her home. She absolutely loved them! I will definitely use them again.
