What a total disappointment and embarrassment of the flowers that were sent to my mother for Mother's Day!!! The deluxe option was chosen as well. It is unbelievable that this company has such a blatant misrepresentation of the product that they are selling and continues to do so customer after customer. The flowers were to be delivered on the Thursday before Mothers Day. Tracker said deliver May 9. Flowers never came. When calling the customer service they had no clue why there were not delivered. They have no way to contact UPS. Said I was charged with same delivery that I never asked for. Wanted that refunded. Couldn't do that. Asked when will the flowers arrive said May 10 before 8:30 pm. How do I know they will be delivered since the tracker said out for delivery for 2 days. Again, could answer that question. Do not order from this company. I have another arrangement headed to my mother-in-law and can't wait to deal with the second embarrassment forthcoming.
