Very unhappy with their deceptive and misleading practices. We ordered three arrangements for my wife/mom. Two of the three arrangements were 1/3 of the size and quality of what was advertised. And half of the flowers are already dead. The third arrangement never arrived. We called the delivering florist - who was extremely rude and of little help. So we called fromyouflowers.com for a complete refund.
