I had a very poor and unsatisfactory experience with From You Flowers. I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement on May 7th to be delivered, with a holiday delivery fee, on May 11th to honor my friend’s mom who passed away. When the evening of the 11th had arrived and the arrangement had not been delivered I called customer service and I was assured it would be delivered today, on Mother’s Day. However, this morning I received an email stating the arrangement would be delivered on the 14th. This is a huge disappointment and I’m left with no options at this last minute. This is not a local company that can be trusted to take care of the customer. Not only will I not use this company again, I caution future customers that this is not a company that stands behind delivery times. This is not trustworthy or dependable. Next time I will search harder for a true local florist and not a big box company such as this one.
