I order flowers for Mother’s Day. The flowers showed up dead and damaged. I spoke with a customer service representative to give me a 20 percent refund on my order and to resend the flowers the next day. Come to find out they never resent the flowers and never gave me a refund. So for Mother’s Day my mom received dead and damaged flowers, I never was given a refund and no new flowers were never sent. I’ll ensure to never do business with you all again.
