Wow! I should have looked at reviews before buying. Wilted, dying tulips were delivered to my mother-in-law. How embarrassing! Sadly, they had the opportunity to correct their error as they were delivered yesterday (which cost me an additional $15 for a weekend!) for Mother’s Day. Dead wilted tulips cost me over $62.00 with a coupon I used. And I’m awfully embarrassed as they should be! It’s unclear how much I will be reimbursed. One email said $7. Another said $10… terrible! Certainly there are laws about delivering dead and dying flowers. Better Business Bureau might be very interested seeing these posts! That’ll be my next step after seeing what is reimbursed.
