Placed 2 orders last week to be delivered today for Mother's Day and neither were delivered. Nobody could tell me where they were after contacting customer support three times. I demanded a full refund on over $200 worth of flowers and have only received an email saying a $7.80 credit was issues AFTER I refused a partial refund that was offered. Are you kidding me? I will continue to fight for my full refund and will report to the better business bureau if I need to.
