If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered flowers for my sister and selected Deluxe option. The flowers she got were not anywhere close to deluxe and looked like they were assembled at the local grocery market. They also put white Carnation flowers instead of white roses in her bouquet. My sister also used the same flower service in the same week and sent me a premium bouquet and her flowers didn’t look anything like the pictures and the order was missing a chocolate box. We literally called each other and were laughing at how pathetic these flowers were.
