Terrible service. We had an issue with the address that was misspelled, of course wasn’t deliver the flowers. We tried hard to fix it, by several calls. The phone tellers just repeat same phase as a recording.
I have to clarifies that the flowers were send from Chile to USA on line. No one speak spanish, so the card holder couldn’t communicate. Four days past since the order was cancelled , still no refund. No money and no flowers.No solution.Disappointed.
