My son ordered me flowers for Mother’s Day. While I did not have the heart to tell him they were in terrible condition I reached out to the company directly and provided photos and the order number and all the proof showing the condition. They refused to send another set and advised only the purchaser can email them. Of course he didn’t get to see the product and assumed they would be decent. How am I supposed to complain to my thoughtful son and ruin the thought.
