My Mother's Day flowers were never delivered to my mom. I called, they promised to deliver them 5 days later. They again did not come. I called again and they said they would deliver them same day. They did not. I called again and they tried to offer me a 20% refund. I demanded a full refund which they finally gave to me. My mother never got her Mother's Day flowers.
