I ordered a PREMIUM plant arrangement for my father-in-law's funeral. The PICTURE was a lovely saucer bowl full of beautiful green plants. It was serene and peaceful. I paid $58 for it.
When we arrived at the funeral home I was disappointed and disgusted to see a 3 inch tall faux tree stump with 4 squished up little plants. I was mortified.
When I called to make a complaint I was offered a partial refund. They refunded $8.06! That is an insult. They offered their apologies and they said the delivering florist also apologized.
Do NOT use this company!!
