I had a problem with the flowers that were delivered by the local florist. Although they were delivered on time, they were not as shown on the website. I addressed the issue with the Customer Service Department at From You Flowers. They were deeply regretful and wanted to make things right. After a week, they redelivered a beautiful floral bouquet and also gave me a partial refund. I did not even ask for a refund, so they went over and above to make things right!!! I am impressed with From You Flowers sincere apologies and resolution of my issues. Don't count this company out by negative reviews you see. They do resolve issues and make things right!
