Wish I could leave zero stars, but my order was never fulfilled, it was for a funeral and never delivered the day before to my house. Called to complain and they changed it to the funeral home for the next day. Flowers never came there either. We were given attitude when requesting a refund because we never got our flowers and customer service was not helpful, not intelligent, and I will never ever deal with this company again or suggest that anyone goes here. Nobody should have to deal with chaos for funeral flowers and then never receive them for a loved one. Worst flower experience ever!!!
