Your Company has been totally useless I tried talking on live chat explaining I was purchasing from the UK for a gift for my brother in the USA and questions I asked about delivery charges, having given the zip code could not be answered. I phoned you from the UK and posed the same question telling you what I wanted to order (F-520) and giving you the zip code and was told it would be $14.99, I have just tried to order this item to receive a message when putting in the zip code that this item could not be delivered to that area! Its unbelievable and has been a total waste of my time and phone call costs from the UK. If I could have given no stars I would have done, don't your staff know any information?
