Very disappointed with this company and their lack of customer service. My husband's employer sent flowers for out 20th anniversary. They arrive with filler flowers brown and dead, lilies bruised and roses wilting with petals falling off. I notified them, sent all the requested information, and pictures of bouquet. It's been over 2 weeks and all I get are the same email, requesting the same information. Or a repeat text that they're sorry about my bad experience, and someone will contact me ..... guess they're not so sorry after all. I'm still waiting. .......
