I've used this company for years without issue, until recently! I placed an order, and it never arrived! I called and they gave me a partial refund and promised to deliver them ASAP. Three days later and NOTHING! I called customer service and they didn't want to refund my money and kept trying to give a minimum refund. I had to be stern and tell them No, numerous times! Finally they agreed to a refund, but then didn't want to give me the reference number! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! DONT WADTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
