Flowers were delivered in terrible condition. Broken leaves and wilting. I called and their solution was a 20% refund. I complained enough to get it to 50% but that was just on the bouquet, not the service fee and delivery fee. So I spent $100 and got poor quality/service and a $27 refund. I tried to attach photos but it conveniently wouldn’t upload
