Flowers were sent to a friend and was sent a photo of 2 different delivery’s to her and they both look TOTALLY different than their photo. The bouquets were tiny as compared to photos. I ordered as well one bouquet with a balloon and teddy bear and of course the teddy bear never arrived with the flowers. Complete disaster. Had to escalate a claim. To PayPal as the company refused to give me a refund. The flowers as well were wilted. I spent close to 200 dollars. This company is horrible. I will never order again from them.
